The gravel roads inside the park are closed to the public and can only be accessed by park guests and staff. This greatly reduces traffic but there will still be vehicles on the route. Participants must treat the course like any other public road for both the safety of themselves and others.

As long as the guest stays in the pit/start/finish area they are not required to pay. If they choose to enter the park they must purchase a park pass located at the main office.

This is a rain or shine event.

If the rain becomes torrential and the route is unsafe to racers and volunteers, a decision will be made to delay or cancel the race.

Full refunds, minus Race Roster fees, will be issued up to 30 days prior the event.

Less than 30 days to the event race fees cannot be refunded.

Refunds will only be issued to the team member who paid for the registration.

To participate in the solo category racers must be 16 or older.

To participate in the team categories racers must be 12 or older.

At this time there will not be same day registration.
